"El Establo Mountain Hotel & Private Reserve was founded in 1991. Its name and origin come from the transformation of the stable from the family farm (""El Establo"") into 12 cozy rooms. This family's effort, which shifted from cattle ranching to tourism, has evolved over 33 years into a hotel with 155 rooms, always maintaining a strong commitment to promoting tourism and conserving the natural environment.
