The kinkajou, with its flexible body and prehensile tail, plays a crucial role in seed dispersal and maintaining the forest's biodiversity. These nocturnal mammals primarily feed on fruits, but also on nectar and occasionally small vertebrates, contributing to pollination and the ecological balance of the habitat.
The walk also offers a glimpse into the diversity of insects, birds, amphibians, and reptiles that enrich this unique ecosystem.
